Rental Requirements
Please review all requirements before booking your cash rental
Valid Georgia Driver's License
Must have a current, non-expired Georgia driver's license
- License must be physically present at pickup
- No out-of-state licenses accepted
- License must match the name on booking
- Cannot be suspended or revoked
Age Requirement
Must be 25 years of age or older
- Age verified at time of rental
- No exceptions for younger drivers
- Driver must be the primary renter
- Additional drivers must also be 25+
Cash Payment Only
No credit cards or checks accepted
- Full payment due at pickup
- Cash, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay accepted.
- $200 Security deposit required
- No payment plans available
Local Georgia Use Only
Vehicles must remain in Georgia
- Cannot cross state lines
- GPS tracking installed
- Violation results in immediate report to authorities, not returning a rental car in Georgia is a felony.
- Atlanta metro area 100 mile radius.
Proof of Work Status
Must provide current proof of a regular job — no older than 30 days
- W2, 1099, or paystubs accepted
- Last three (3) months of paystubs required
- Documents must be current — not older than 30 days
- W2, 1099, or paystubs accepted — rideshare and delivery earnings (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.) also count as proof of income
- Must match the name on your GA driver's license
Important: All requirements are strictly enforced. Failure to meet any requirement will result in rental denial without refund of any deposits.
Additional Rental Policies
Vehicle inspection before and after rental
Fuel tank must be returned at same level
Smoking prohibited in all vehicles
No pets allowed without prior approval
24-hour advance booking required
Late returns subject to additional daily rate
Vehicles MAY be used for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, rideshare, food delivery, package delivery, and other commercial driving — within Georgia's 100-mile radius
